Eastern Kentucky Association of REALTORS® is sponsoring part of the course registration fees for their members!
If you’re a member of that board, you’ll still need to register in advance using the coupon code provided by your local board.

How to Use Your Coupon Code:

1. Add the course to your shopping cart.

2. Click "check out"

3. Under the card information input section, you will see "Do you have a Coupon Code?  Click this option and insert the Coupon code"

4. Once code is applied, the cart total will reflect $0.00, and the card information input section will disappear.

Important: Refunds will not be issued if the code is not applied correctly. Please confirm your discount before checking out.

Registration Pricing

• $30 – Early Bird (Register before 11/20/2025 at 8:00 am ET)

• $40 – Standard Registration (Begins 11/20/2025 at 8:00 am ET)

Walk-ins may be accepted at the discretion of the local association.

Reminder emails (with printable materials) will be sent two days before class. Please note that materials will not be provided in the classroom.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 4+ business days before class: Refund minus a $20 cancellation fee (request must be submitted in writing to [email protected]).

• Cancellations made within 3 business days of class or no-shows: No refund.

• Classroom registrations are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to adjust instructors, reschedule, or cancel courses if necessary. If a course is canceled, you will be notified and may transfer to another offering.
