
Description
This course is the first of a two-part pre-licensing education program required to qualify for a real estate sales associate license in Kentucky.
Part One covers the national portion of the required education, using the industry-standard text Modern Real Estate Practice. The course provides a thorough overview of fundamental real estate principles, including:

Fair housing and consumer protection laws

Math calculations and test-taking strategies
This course is designed to prepare students for the national section of the Kentucky licensing exam. To complete licensing education requirements, students must also enroll in Part Two: Kentucky Law, which focuses on state-specific laws and regulations.
