At the Kentucky REALTOR® Institute, we strive to provide high-quality, accessible online real estate education. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our refund policy for online courses below:

Course Enrollment Cancellation

Students may cancel their enrollment in an online course within 7 calendar days of registration for a full refund, provided the course has not been started (i.e., no course content has been accessed).

To request cancellation and a refund, students must contact KRI’s Education Department via email or phone within this timeframe.

After Course Access Begins
-
Once a student has accessed any course content or completed any portion of the course, no refunds will be issued.

This policy ensures the integrity of the course and supports our ability to maintain quality content and instructor compensation.

Course Withdrawals

If a student chooses to withdraw from a course after accessing content, they may not receive a refund but are encouraged to contact KRI for options related to course extensions or future enrollment.

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent access to course materials, KRI will work with the student to resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner, a pro-rated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Special Circumstances

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies) will be reviewed individually.

Documentation may be required, and refunds are granted at KRI’s discretion.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Students will be notified via email when their refund has been processed.
