Eastern Kentucky Association of REALTORS® is covering the cost of this course for its members. If you are a member of the board, you will still need to register here before registration closes with the coupon code the board provides to you. Registration Pricing:
$60 Early Bird Registration (Price Before 6/23/2025 at 8:00 am EST)
$80 Standard Registration (Price On/After 6/23/2025 at 8:00 am EST)
Classroom walk-ins are welcome, provided that classroom capacity has not been reached. Attendees are emailed a reminder two days before the class with materials to print. Materials will not be provided at the class.
Course No Show/Cancellation Policy:
If a student cancels his/her registration, 4 or more business days before the class, a refund will be given minus a cancellation fee. The refund request MUST be submitted in writing via email to: asoldat@kyrealtors.com. If a student cancels his/her registration 3 business days before the class or is a no-show, there will be no refund. ALL Classroom Registrations are NOT Transferable.
Cancellation Fee: $20 for a full-day classroom course
We reserve the right to change classes and/or instructors when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel courses. If the course is canceled, you will be notified and you may then transfer to another course
Objectives
This course is developed and approved by the Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC) and is required once every four years for all active Kentucky real estate licensees. The Kentucky Core Course provides essential updates and guidance on laws, regulations, and industry practices that impact real estate professionals across the state.
Topics include license law, agency, advertising, contracts, disclosures, and recent disciplinary actions, with an emphasis on compliance and ethical conduct. Completion of this course ensures licensees remain informed and aligned with current statutory and regulatory requirements.
