Murray Calloway County Association of REALTORS®  is covering the cost of this course for their members up to the first 40 enrollments. If you are a member of the board, you will still need to register here before registration closes with the coupon code the board gave you. Registration Pricing:
$30 Early Bird Registration (Price Before 5/1/2025 at 8:00 am EST)
$45 Standard Registration (Price On/After 5/1/2025 at 8:00 am EST)
Registration Closes on 5/16/2025 at 5:00 pm EST.

Classroom walk-ins are welcome pending classroom capacity has not been reached.  Attendees are emailed a reminder email two days before the class with materials to print. Materials will not be provided at the class. 

Course No Show/Cancellation Policy:

If a student cancels his/her registration, 4 or more business days before the class, a refund will be given minus a cancellation fee. The refund request MUST be submitted in writing via email to: asoldat@kyrealtors.com. If a student cancels his/her registration 3 business days before the class or is a no-show, there will be no refund. ALL Classroom Registrations are NOT Transferable.

Cancellation Fee: $20 for a full-day classroom course

We reserve the right to change classes and/or instructors when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel courses. If the course is canceled, you will be notified and you may then transfer to another course
