This 20-hour KREC-approved course is designed for applicants pursuing their broker’s license as well as licensees seeking continuing education or post-licensing credit. The course provides a practical and comprehensive look at the fundamentals of commercial real estate and real estate investment.
Topics include evaluating commercial properties, analyzing investment opportunities, and understanding financing options unique to income-producing properties.
