Greater Owensboro Realtor® Association is covering this course for their members. If you are a member of that board, you will still need to register here before registration closes with the coupon code the board gave you. To use the coupon code, you must add the course to your shopping cart first. Registration Pricing:
$30 Early Bird Registration (Price Before 4/30/2025 at 8:00 am EST)
$45 Standard Registration (Price On/After 4/30/2025 at 8:00 am EST)
Registration Closes on 10/14/2024 at 5:00 pm EST.

Classroom walk-ins are welcome pending classroom capacity has not been reached.  Attendees are emailed a reminder email two days prior to the class with materials to print. Materials will not be provided at the class. 

Course No Show/Cancellation Policy:

If a student cancels his/her registration, 4 or more business days before the class, a refund will be given minus a cancellation fee. The refund request MUST be submitted in writing via email to: asoldat@kyrealtors.com. If a student cancels his/her registration 3 business days before the class or is a no-show, there will be no refund. ALL Classroom Registrations are NOT Transferable.

Cancellation Fee: $20 for a full-day classroom course

We reserve the right to change classes and/or instructors when necessary. We reserve the right to cancel courses. If the course is canceled, you will be notified and you may then transfer to another course.
