Course Description
This course provides an in-depth look at the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, outlining your professional responsibilities to clients, customers, the public, and fellow real estate professionals. Key topics include procuring cause, arbitration, and mediation procedures in cases of ethical violations. The course also highlights Pathways to Professionalism, focusing on best practices when interacting with the public, handling property, and working with peers. Additionally, legislative and regulatory updates, along with relevant forms, will be reviewed.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy
- Cancellations made four or more business days before the class are eligible for a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee per course or $500 per package.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to asoldat@kyrealtors.com.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made three business days before the class or for no-shows.
We reserve the right to modify course details, including instructors, when necessary. In the event of a course cancellation, registered participants will be notified and given the option to transfer to another course.
