Webinar Access: Students will access the course through the LearnUpon Dashboard. A reminder will be sent 2 days before the date of the session. 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made four or more business days before the class are eligible for a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee per course or $500 per package.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to asoldat@kyrealtors.com.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made three business days before the class or for no-shows.

We reserve the right to modify course details, including instructors, when necessary. In the event of a course cancellation, registered participants will be notified and given the option to transfer to another course.
